سياسة الخصوصية

نحترم خصوصية مستخدمي المنصة والمرضى الذين تُدار بياناتهم عبرها. توضح هذه السياسة ما نجمعه ولماذا وكيف نحميه.
1. أدوارنا
بالنسبة لبيانات حساب العيادة وفريقها نحن "مسؤول عن المعالجة". أما بيانات المرضى التي تُدخلها العيادة فهي مملوكة للعيادة، ونحن "معالج" لها بالنيابة عنها ولا نستخدمها لأي غرض خاص بنا.
2. البيانات التي نجمعها
- بيانات الحساب: الاسم، البريد الإلكتروني، الهاتف، اللقب والتخصص، بيانات العيادة.
- بيانات المرضى (تُدخلها العيادة): البيانات التعريفية، الرقم القومي، التواصل، التاريخ المرضي، الحساسية، الزيارات، الروشتات، الفواتير، صور الجروح والتواقيع، ورسائل واتساب/ماسنجر الواردة.
- بيانات تقنية: سجلات الدخول، عنوان IP، نوع الجهاز، وسجل الإجراءات الحساسة لأغراض الأمان.
3. لماذا نعالج البيانات
- تشغيل المنصة وتقديم مميزاتها (المواعيد، السجلات، التواصل مع المرضى).
- أمان الحسابات ومنع الاحتيال والامتثال للقانون.
- الدعم الفني وتحسين الخدمة بشكل مجمّع لا يحدد هوية الأفراد.
لا نبيع البيانات ولا نستخدم بيانات المرضى في الإعلانات أو تدريب نماذج ذكاء اصطناعي.
4. أين تُخزَّن البيانات وكيف تُحمى
- قواعد البيانات مستضافة لدى Supabase (منطقة أوروبا – فرانكفورت) بتشفير أثناء النقل (TLS) وأثناء التخزين، وواجهة الويب على خوادم Hostinger.
- عزل صارم بين العيادات على مستوى قاعدة البيانات (Row-Level Security)، بحيث لا يمكن لأي عيادة الوصول لبيانات أخرى.
- الملفات الطبية (صور، تواقيع) في مخزن خاص بروابط مؤقتة موقّعة.
- نسخ احتياطي يومي مشفّر، وسجل تدقيق للإجراءات الحساسة.
- رموز الوصول لخدمات Meta تُخزَّن على الخادم فقط ولا تُعرض للمتصفح.
5. الأطراف الأخرى
نستخدم مزودي خدمة ملتزمين بالسرية: Supabase (قواعد البيانات والمصادقة)، Hostinger (الاستضافة)، Meta (واتساب للأعمال وماسنجر) — الرسائل تمر عبر خوادم Meta وفق سياساتها. لا نشارك البيانات مع غير ذلك إلا بأمر قانوني.
6. حقوقك وحقوق المرضى
وفق القانون 151/2020 يحق لأصحاب البيانات الاطلاع على بياناتهم وتصحيحها وحذفها والاعتراض على معالجتها. تُوجَّه طلبات المرضى إلى عيادتهم بصفتها المسؤول عن المعالجة، ونساعد العيادة على تنفيذها. يمكن للعيادة تصدير بياناتها أو طلب حذف حسابها بالكامل عبر الدعم.
7. الاحتفاظ بالبيانات
نحتفظ ببيانات العيادة طوال مدة الاشتراك، ثم لمدة 12 شهرًا بعد الإيقاف ما لم تطلب العيادة الحذف مبكرًا. النسخ الاحتياطية تُحذف تلقائيًا بعد 30 يومًا.
8. ملفات تعريف الارتباط
نستخدم ملفات جلسة ضرورية لتسجيل الدخول وحفظ اللغة والمظهر فقط، ولا نستخدم ملفات تتبع إعلانية.
9. الأطفال
حسابات المنصة للبالغين المهنيين فقط. بيانات المرضى القُصَّر تُدخلها العيادة بموافقة ولي الأمر ووفق ممارساتها الطبية.

Privacy Policy

We respect the privacy of Platform users and of the patients whose data is managed through it. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how we protect it.
1. Our roles
For clinic and staff account data we are the controller. Patient data entered by a clinic belongs to that clinic; we act as its processor and never use it for our own purposes.
2. Data we collect
- Account data: name, email, phone, title and specialty, clinic details.
- Patient data (entered by the clinic): identifiers, national ID, contact details, medical history, allergies, visits, prescriptions, invoices, wound photos and signatures, and inbound WhatsApp/Messenger messages.
- Technical data: login logs, IP address, device type, and an audit trail of sensitive actions for security.
3. Why we process data
- To operate the Platform and its features (scheduling, records, patient communication).
- Account security, fraud prevention and legal compliance.
- Support and aggregate, non-identifying service improvement.
We do not sell data and do not use patient data for advertising or to train AI models.
4. Where data lives and how it is protected
- Databases are hosted on Supabase (EU – Frankfurt) with encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest; the web app runs on Hostinger servers.
- Strict per-clinic isolation at the database level (Row-Level Security).
- Medical files (photos, signatures) live in a private bucket with short-lived signed links.
- Encrypted daily backups and an audit log of sensitive actions.
- Meta access tokens are stored server-side only.
5. Third parties
We use confidentiality-bound providers: Supabase (database & auth), Hostinger (hosting), Meta (WhatsApp Business & Messenger — messages transit Meta's servers under its policies). We do not share data otherwise except under legal order.
6. Your rights and patients' rights
Under Law 151/2020, data subjects may access, correct, delete and object to processing. Patient requests go to their clinic as controller; we assist the clinic in fulfilling them. A clinic may export its data or request full account deletion via support.
7. Retention
Clinic data is kept for the subscription term and 12 months after suspension unless earlier deletion is requested. Backups are automatically deleted after 30 days.
8. Cookies
Only essential session storage for sign-in, language and theme. No advertising trackers.
9. Children
Platform accounts are for adult professionals. Data of minor patients is entered by the clinic with guardian consent per its medical practice.
